How Will My Order be Delivered?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable service. Every product on the site is carefully selected in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. Orders may be delivered by various carriers but it is not possible to choose which carrier will deliver particular items.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product has an estimated dispatch and delivery date. After your order is placed, we will confirm an estimated dispatch and delivery date on our order confirmation via email. Additionally, upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number to track your package to your address.
All of our items for sale are offered with FREE home delivery within UK Mainland Postcodes
Furniture, Divan Beds, Mattresses & Sofas are available with national UK Mainland delivery, assembly and packaging removal where displayed. This is a chargable service additional to the sale price.
This is NOT a timed, AM / PM or Saturday service. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt of delivery to the address provided, failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge.
Extended areas of the British Isles require a specialist delivery service which is chargable to you.
Qualifying extended areas for specialist delivery are:
Paislet PA, Truro TR, Torquay TQ, Glasgow G, Motherwell ML, Edinburgh EH, Gwynedd LL, Guernsey GY, Inverness IV, Isle of Man IM, Jersey JE, Kilmarnock KA, Kirkcaldy KY, Kirkwall KW, Lerwick ZE, Outer Herbrides HS, Paisley PA, Perth PH, Aberdeen AB, Belfast BT, Dundee DD, Dumfries and Galloway DG, Falkirk FK and the Isle of Wight PO30 – PO41.
What do I do if my order is damaged or parts are missing?
In accordance to our terms and conditions, claims for shortages and damages must be made immediately or up to a maximum of 1 days following receipt of the goods. In the case of damage, you MUST advise and sign for your delivery as RECEIVED DAMAGED and provide photos of the damaged packaging prior to being opened. All packaging must be retained for inspection by the courier. Claims not received within these periods or meeting these conditions may not be met. Returning an Item
If you wish to return your order, you must return the item (s) unopened in the original packaging with in 7 days. If you have had your order delivered via courier or by one of our vans, you will be responsible for the return courier collection and delivery fee, this information is available upon request or at the point of returning your goods.
